The Brothers
Pascarella Brothers is an American Eatery, Delicatessen, and Sandwich Shoppe which specializes in Catering & Gluten Free specialties, owned and operated by brothers Anthony and Gino Pascarella. Together they bring years of experience to their establishment.
Anthony is a local Madison High school graduate and a 28 year Chatham resident. He is an apprentice trained Chef in the culinary arts, training under several renowned executive chefs while studying at County College of Morris (and under the most scrutinizing yet most knowledgeable home chef along the way...his MOM!). He iswell known for his award winning soups and comfort foods along with recreating his childhood favorites growing up in Italy & New Jersey. He previously owned two other delicatessens in the area where the brothers worked together and developed an entire line of Celiac Safe yet delicious food originally meant just for his son Nicolas until they both realized the tremendous lack of availability and decided to specialize and focus on creating more gluten free specialties.
Gino is currently a local resident of Florham Park, and a graduate of Chatham High School, as well as an Alumni of Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management, with European culinary studies in Switzerland and Italy, and he was formerly employed by several five star New York area hotels and fine restaurants. As a young boy, Gino spent countless hours helping his older brother by working at the original Pascarella Deli & Catering location in 1992.
SIDENOTE: Gino has also been heavily involved in Chatham Youth Football for 24 years (and was Chatham High School Wrestling coach in the early 2000's) not including 10 additional years as a Chatham Wrestler & Football player himself! His love of community and desire to "give back" has brought hundreds of kids, who are now grown men, back to visit The Bros on their way through town to not only grab a quick bite, but to reminisce fond memories.
The brothers teamed up to pursue their passion and truly love what they do. Anthony and Gino, along with the Pascarella team, are focused on customer satisfaction and look forward to serving their surrounding communities with fantastic food from old world recipes every day.
